The Gower Peninsula provides us with the perfect setting to overload your body with beach training, river running, off road bike treks, sand dune shuttles and functional strength training in some of the UK’s most mind blowing beauty spots.
It’s a full days work so you will be tested both physically and mentally giving you the foundation for the season ahead or just the inspiration to keep you challenging your own personal fitness levels.
We can also accommodate residential stays in the form of 3 and 5 day camps for completely sports specific training. Our nutritionists will then give your team/training program a full overhaul.
