What time do we start on the first day and finish on the last day?

Training will start in the afternoon of the first day. You will need to spend the morning travelling to the venue and undergoing fitness/diet assessments. On the last day we will be organising a drop off at around 2 o clock as the early part of the day will be taken up with personal assessments and your final weigh in.

What do I need to bring with me to a Refocus Bootcamp?

An entire kit list will be supplied upon booking.

What payment method do you use?

We ask for a 30% deposit upon booking to secure your place and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before you go. A charge will be added - 1.8% for credit cards and £0.60 for debit cards. Cheques and BACS payments are also accepted.

Do you have a male boot camp?

Yes we do Female, Male and a mixed camps.

What is your cancellations policy?

Should you wish to cancel, cancellation charges will be imposed. However, we do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise and as long as we can fill your place then we will move your booking to the next mutually available date.

What equipment do you supply?

We will supply all exercise equipment (i.e., exercise matts, boxing gloves). We do not supply any personal clothing equipment.

Can I share with a stranger if I’m coming on my own?

The majority of our clients share rooms with clients they have not met before, other clients share rooms with friends that are attending the week with them. Whilst others opt to pay a single room supplement. It is entirely down to personal preference.

Can I do a two week camp?

We currently run 1, 3 and 5 day camps. We aim to provide you with a variety of training methods and dietary changes aswell as aftercare to ensure that you do not need to attend anymore camps.

What’s the difference between the Refocus Weight Loss and Bridal Boot Camps?

The Bridal camps offer a mixture of training/diet changes to enable a bride/bridesmaid to beto tone up or lose weight whilst gathering information/assistance in the evenings on the other additionally stressful aspects of planning a wedding.

Am I fit enough / too over weight?

We take all levels of fitness and weights. At Refocus Fitness you will be working to your training capacity as opposed to trying to keep up with the fittest members of the group.

What if I have a medical problem / allergies?

We ask that you get a letter signed by your doctor to say that he is happy for you to attend a Refocus Bootcamp and that you make us clearly aware when you fill out your medical form so that we can adapt the menu/programme to adhere to your individual requirements.

Will I drop a dress size / what’s your average weight loss?

Whilst you could drop a dress size, everyone’s weight loss will depend on their height, weight, BMI and how physically active they already are. The highest weight loss at a Refocus Camp was 12 lbs in one week and our lowest weight loss was 4 lbs.

Will a nutritionist be attending the Refocus Fitness Camp?

Each of our camps will have an onsite nutritionist. They will educate you on various eating methods as well as on how to spice up healthy diets. Their goal is to arm with the knowledge for maximum sustained weight loss.
