Why Refocus Fitness?
Being involved in fitness from as young as I can remember choice and variety has maintained my enthusiasm and motivation for the fitness industry. As fitness evolves more options are available, people are looking for different ways to keep fit, stay motivated and take on new challenges. Refocus has developed from having contacts with professional people from all types of business through personal training. Listening to what they want from exercise sessions and also how they like to relax has planted the seed for refocus fitness @ Oldwalls Leisure. What Refocus aims to achieve is to offer unique training techniques and a fitness kick whilst also offering luxury facilities so “when you’re training you're training and when you’re relaxing you’re relaxing”.
As director of funky pump fitness, 2009 Welsh amateur champion and fitness and conditioning coach to Enzo Maccarinelli. I have put myself through some intense training schedules both personally and at the expense of my clients. Watching people respond to new challenges has ignited another arm to the business with local white collar boxing shows being used as the golden carrot after 12 weeks intense training for local businessmen.
Between the white collar boxing, funky pump fitness and the warehouse fitness looking and using different training options is always on the list of “things to do” to keep sessions unique and stimulating.
