Refocus Fitness have the experience and the knowledge to help you reach your lifestyle and exercise goals. Using a mixture of training and nutrition we can help you reach your target as quickly as possible. A specific exercise programme and a nutritional plan will be designed for you and you’ll take home an agenda for the next three months following.
Exercise prescription: Refocus fitness instructors know exactly what exercises you need to do to get the body burning fat efficiently. All activities are scheduled specifically towards getting the greatest benefit. There are 1000’s of different training techniques available but we will choose the best ones to achieve your goals.
Alongside this we will allow you to experiement with a variety of indoor and out door activities aswell as a host of lighter methods of maintenance, relaxation and recovery such as Yoga and Pilates.

Nutritional direction: Equally as important if not more so we will show by example and educate you on your diet with simple tips to keep you motivated and energised to carry out not only your normal lifestyle habits, but also the new Refocus Fitness way of life that you will be embracing .
